The Accommodation:

Guest Access:

Once the reservation is confirmed, all access details for the guest will be sent to the apartment. Please note that all guests and their companions must send a photo of their ID at the time of booking for proper registration and entry. No additional guests will be admitted beyond those initially registered. All minors entering the apartment suite must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.

Other highlights:

IMPORTANT: The building is currently being completed. Parking is communal and limited; availability depends on building occupancy. A fee of $10,000 COP per person must be paid at the building entrance to identify the guest and ensure their safety in the building.
